Take in the wonders of wildlife of one of the best nature cruises in the country! We cruise past Bass Harbor Head Lighthouse and experience the outer islands of Blue Hill Bay up close and personal — from ledges where seals sun and swim to small islands with nesting birds and ducks. When the porpoises are swimming or the eagles are hunting, we make sure to stop to give our passengers a real treat. This nature cruise of Blue Hill Bay and Bass Harbor is one you won’t forget!

Important information: Please arrive 15-20 minutes prior to your scheduled departure time, and be sure to check into our ticket office before boarding the boat. Bringing a jacket or sweater is recommended, even on warm days. Seating is general admission, and we are often fully booked, so large parties especially should come early to sit together. Occasionally, we must cancel a trip due to inclement weather, more often in the spring and fall. We will use your mobile contact number and email address to contact you no less than an hour before departure for cancellations. Usually at least 24 hours prior.
